1. Is the raw material/recipe of lecithin right? Mainly gelatin powder, glycerin and water. To make lecithin softgel, glycerin content tends to be more than other dosages.

2. Is the fluidity of gelatin solution good? Always check the gelatin viscosity after melting.

3. Wedge and die rollers issues. Whether there is damage or not; absolutely symmetric adjustment; wedge temperature setting. Gelatin ribbon touches wedge evenly and naturally at both sides.

4. Is medicine injection timing good? The injection timing for bottom shooting and side shooting die rolls differ. It results in leakage directly. So is important.

5. The quality of gelatin powder considering the bloom, new powder or recycled, fluidity and viscosity.
