On JS gummy depositing machine, there are always sets of oil sprayers toward the empty molds. Before depositing candy solution into the mold cavity, the oil be sprayed first to ease the gummy de-moulding process afterwards. The pectin gummy tends to be stickier than carrageenan gummy.
