High Efficient Sugar Cooking Pot| Electromagnetic Heating Sugar Kettle
Sugar cooking kettle is a crucial device in preparing the candy solution during the gummy jelly making process. A poor batch affects the forming/shaping of gummy candy afterwards.
According to the cooking temperature of the candy mass, the heating media commonly seen is Electromagnetic electricity, steam and conductive oil.
- Steam (Steam jacketed kettle): steam is more suitable for large capacity sugar cooking batch. It is faster and provide high heating temperature.
- Electromagnetic Heating Kettle: this kind of tank still uses electricity, but with the Electromagnetic coil wrapped outside the kettle, it increases the heating speed a lot.
- Conductive oil heating: Another solution we suggest is that to make a conductive oil heating loop between the sugar cooking tank and an oil heating container. Water boiling temperature is 100 degrees Celsius which is slow heating and, in some cases, temperature is not enough.
- Temperature Control: All kinds of cooking kettles come with PID temperature controlling cabinet which keeps the cooking temperature at a stable range of ±2 degrees Celsius.

- Mixing: the sugar cooking tanks have built-in agitator to mixing the raw material. The batch should be homogeneous after cooking so that the ingredients are consistent in each candy.
