Description
Automatic Scoop Dispenser Insertion Machine
Scoop Dispenser Introduction
During operation, spoons are poured into a vibrating feeder hopper. By appropriately adjusting the frequency of the vibrating feeder, the piled spoons within the hopper are transformed into a continuous stream of spoons that move along the spiral direction of the vibrating pan and are delivered to the platform at the exit. A photoelectric sensor dynamically scans the spoons to input signals into the PLC. The spoons fall into the container. After completing the packaging of a container, a dual-cylinder bottle-changing mechanism switches the filled container to the next process.
Workflow
Load scoop→Vibro scrambler→Sensor to detect→Drop scoop→Send signal to next container→Another cycle starts
